We recommend that the soft play is used by 6 or younger however the soft play is recommended by the manufacturer for 8 or under! Our soft play contains a 3 storey frame, inflatable, sensory room, ball pit, building blocks, diddicar track and more. We also only charge for participants so adults can enjoy some time in our cafe.

Our arcade is not your typical seaside arcade- sure it has all the machines you would expect but simply grab a card from reception or our cafe's for 30 minutes or 1 hour of unlimited play - no hidden costs just simply play for time - £5pp for 30 Minutes or £8pp for 1 Hour. No preebooking required nor a session in any other activities

Yes – Elev8 Safety socks are mandatory to go on our park with and help to keep the park clean and tidy. Guests must purchase a pair of Elev8 reusable safety socks (£2.50) before being aloud on our park. Wearing any other socks, or no socks will result in the participant being asked to leave to purchase a pair of the Elev8 socks and any lost time will not be compensated for or refunded.

All guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes before your session time providing waivers are already completed online. This allows us to check you in, and for you to get your Elev8 bounce socks on ready for the fun to begin or direct you to the activity area.

Only Parents who wish to supervise/join in will require a ticket to gain access to our Bounce Park - or you can grab a coffee in our cafe!

Our Cafe staff will be on hand at all times. They will also be assisting other parties at the same time, similar to a waiter/waitress environment.

A 25% deposit is payable upon booking a party, without a deposit your party will not be confirmed, this is non refundable.

Any changes to your booking must be made at least a minimum of 7 days prior to your party date, any changes after this time may not be possible which can result in further costs. Please contact us below to make any changes to your party. If participants are unable to come unfortunately we will be unable to refund or transfer these funds. Final Numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to your party.

Yes our party invites can be picked up from our reception during opening hours.

The maximum number of people attending a bounce party based on one party room capacity is 30 participants, our rooms open up into one big space so we are able to accomodate to up to 100 participants! Our Soft play parties are limited to 40 participants . Gootopia Parties are limited to 24 Participants.

Yes, there is wheelchair access with the majority of our activities on the ground floor, with a lift to go upstairs into our Soft play.

Yes we have lockers situated next to Gootopia/Pool Tables which are free to use by following the steps on the lockers. Please note all belongings are left at your own risk.

Our sites operate a no picnic policy and have a full café offering meaning that only food and drink bought from the premises can be consumed there - anyone consuming food or drinks from elsewhere will be asked to leave.

All bookings are refundable and Elev8 require at least 4 hours written notice to postpone your booking. (Excluding Party bookings)

We serve a selection of coffees, juice, slush, soft drinks and cakes and we also serve some hot food i.e freshly made pizza's, panini's, chips, chicken strips & loaded nachos.

There is no charge for people who are spectating. You only pay if you are participating.

Yes, we do advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment – we can become very busy especially at weekends and school holidays.
